Reports have been piling up from a small experience down the line, some sort of creature residing there for the time being.
No reports mentioned any sort of attacks, it simply was there, trying to blend in. It was reported to have trouble doing so, despite its “shape-shifting” abilities.
Roblox highly doubts that. The only creature able to change its form like that was a basilisk, and they master it almost instantly with help from their parents. Nevertheless, he was sent to deal with it.

'I won't kill you, if you teach me sign language.' Taph read it, staring at it a bit longer before pointing to himself. It was a good offer, Taph avoiding rounds of pain that Jason was in, for the exchange of education.
'Me?' Is what he seemed to convey to Jason. The killer nodded in response.
Taph stayed silent for a beat longer before the wings around him seemed to unfurl. He pointed towards the notepad, making a writing gesture with his hands. Jason fished out the pencil in the pocket of his jacket, handing Taph the notepad and pencil.
After a little bit of scribbling, Taph showed the words to Jason. 'Do you know the alphabet?'
A shake of Jason's head showed he in fact did not. Taph nodded, scribbling once again. 'We'll start with the alphabet.'
Or just Jason learning sign language from Taph.

There was a wave of terminations in those months as well, they all got sent to the demolition team the moment they came in, it was only expected that a few suspensions slipped through the mass. It was negligent on his part and theirs, maybe Taph could've checked his notes more clearly, paid more close attention instead of just following every order. If he did maybe he'd realize that the reasons for termination didn't make sense, he'd realize the mistake and correct it for Builderman, and then he wouldn't be here, facing the consequences.
Or;
Taph is caught by the protestors and left fatally wounded, luckily Builderman finds him just in time -

It was strange, the dynamic they had now. It wasn't unwelcome, it was just something they didn't have before. Some days, Builderman even looked at him differently, less awkward, less professional, like maybe now he didn't see him as just an employee. Maybe he found they worked well together, Taph hoped he did, he wanted Builderman to think more of him.
