A literal domesticated feline animal that one could get from the pet store and not just a person with some cat-like personality traits. There’s no other explanation as to why his familiar acts like every single asshole cat meme to ever exist.
On the off chance his soulmate is a real human being, well… He would never tell his mother this, she raised him too well, but sometimes Clark wishes his soulmate’s familiar was making him feel just as miserable.

I can tell you probably put a lot of effort into it,” He tried to make his voice sound as soft as possible, but it still sounded funny with the sleep. “Here, I like how you drew my hair. And you forgot to add the fifth finger.” Techno’s eyes lightened with Phil’s comment. “I’m sorry I laughed Techno. I would have never done that if I’d known how much it meant to you, yeah?”
