Melanie likes rocks. It's kind of her thing, you know, geology and what not. People are much less her thing, with weird emotions and stuff: generally just much harder to understand than rocks.
Well she’s finally landed her dream gig on the edge of nowhere: a remote research station, way beyond the colonies, on one of Jupiter’s far flung moons. Lots of rocks and as few people as possible.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, she really couldn't decide) She's not alone. The station is crewed by a trio of dysfunctional women who don’t play nice… and who all want to rail her… or want to put her in a collar and leash and use her as a foot rest- but that’s only one of them!
