Phil opens the door, expecting a barrage of childish yells to hit him.
The children looking back at him are silent, eyes wide. The older one has long pink hair and is dressed as a witch, he thinks. It's not a good costume at all- jeans and a sweater and a witch hat. The younger one is dressed as... Phil's not sure. He's pale, with convincing blueish lips and a scrape across his cheek, plus a black robe that's dragging on the ground. Oh! It's the rest of the witch costume.
The kids are still silent, and Phil blinks, forcing himself to stop staring.
“Happy Halloween!” Phil greets to prompt them, scanning the street. There don't seem to be any parents watching them. That's... concerning. They shouldn't be out here all alone.
“Uh- Happy Halloween?” The older one says back, phrased like a question. It's not a trick-or-treat, but it'll do. Phil pulls out a handful of candy. Neither kid have a basket, but the older one hesitantly holds out a hand. Phil hands the candy over and turns to the younger one, smiling.
“And what are you supposed to be, mate?”
The boy promptly throws up on Phil's porch.

Summary
Tommy looks up in a glare, and— he's flash banged with warm, filling colour.
There's sweet pinks like candyfloss melting on his tongue and firey, assertive reds filling him with a spunk and Determination, green Patience threading through it all like mint.
Tommy's eyes glitter with hunger, and he licks his lips, finally paying attention to what the awkward man above him is saying. He's got his left hand out, pushed up granny glasses (Tommy snickers,) resting on his prominent, scarred nose, almost jittering as he rambles.
"Look, I'm sorry, kid. I didn't mean to knock you over, I swear. Please just take my hand, stop ignorin' me-" The sentence tips up, strangled and higher than Tommy thought big men like this one could go.
"No problem, Big Man! Guess I shoulda been looking where I was going, ay?" and subtly blocking the guy's path. "I'm Tommy Innit, Big Man extraordinaire! You?"
OR: Black Cat Familiar Tommy Innit bumps into Witch Technoblade and decides that's his witch. Forever.

Looking up he finds a blond-haired man hovering over his face with a worried, anxious look that quickly turning to relief when their eyes meet. Royal blue meeting a greyish blue. “Hey mate.” The stranger greets with a smile, his voice much clearer than before, “You awake?”
As a reply, Tommy lets out a short wheeze, trying to give the man a look that reads ‘what do you think?’.
“Yeah, silly question.” The man responds with a light-hearted chuckle. “It’s okay though, we’ll get you out of here and help you get better.” He explains, gesturing towards someone that seemed to be out of Tommy’s eyesight.

For most of his life, Tommy spent his days serving a tyrant king due to his magical potential. However, after another kingdom declares war and the king tries to steal his magic in a desperate act to win, he's sent into a deep sleep unable to wake up until his magic returns.
Decades later a king and his two sons find a secret room heavily sealed off with magic. Found family ensues.

Tommy stiffens and Wilbur pulls away sharply, his eyes widening further in the same realization.
“Shit,” Wilbur goes, “fuck, sorry, sorry. You don’t like to be touched- my bad, I’m-”
or, Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo are the new mystic shop in town, and SBI seems to have a ghost problem on their hands. Luckily, Tommy is an expert on ghosts- not so much family dynamics though. Maybe he'll learn as he goes. Maybe- if his empathic and telepathic magic doesn't get in the way of it.

I unfold the piece of paper. “Dear Tommy,” it reads. I look down for the rest of the letter, but there is no letter. Simply two numbers scrawled across the page. Coordinates, actually.

After weeks of planning, the time has come, the time to run away. Tommy has been hurt, gaslighted, manipulated, and beat down and he refuses to live under this treatment any longer and runs away after a visit from Dream. While wandering, he finds Purpled in a village in the desert, apparently, he's run away too. The two golden-haired boys wander, anywhere is better than the SMP, and they soon find a hidden city of magic, and they meet their new master, an apparently 178-year-old warlock who finds the two runaways on the streets and decided to teach them. Being renamed is a rite of passage in this city, so now the two renamed boys, Theo and Grayson, have their fates intertwined with magic. What are they going to do when eventually, someone from the SMP comes looking.

The vampire lets out a victorious rumble, a purr building in his chest as his fangs brush his neck, one of his hands tilting his head further to the side.
“That wasn’t so hard, was it, fledging?” Techno asks, and Tommy lets out a low growl, but doesn’t retaliate anymore. The older vampire purrs deeper, “Such a little fighter,” He breathes, “So stubborn.” He hums, his fangs ghosting over his skin again before he finally lets up on him, though he doesn’t let Tommy get far.
He pulls him into his arms, settling him onto his chest, resting his head on his shoulder, his nose pressed to his neck. Tommy grumbles his complaint, but doesn’t fight Techno as the vampire presses his face into his hair, one arm wrapped around his waist to keep him in place.
Or vampire fledging Tommy is settling into his new life with the Syndicate coven.
