The many threats of how much Vox would regret doing what he did to Alastor, of how Alastor would make him suffer, that Vox had all but ignored while he had his nemesis captive were all coming back to him. He really thought he was going to keep Alastor forever, didn't he? He was such an idiot. Such an absolute moron. And now he was going to pay, and he knew it.
