    “Unhand me,” Ren replies. The creature behind him laughs.

    “I don’t see why I should. Didn’t you come here to slay me?”

    Summary

    This is a compilation of all the pieces that take place within my Over-City/Under-City AU, which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU, though that's not the only thing that'll be going on! I plan to keep this series in chronological order, so I'll put all the pieces where they'd fall along the timeline, which may sometimes not line up with the publishing date. The exception to this is 'Pretty Boy' which, IF someone does want to read the whole series in order, I'd want them to have read that one first and then all the rest, so 'Pretty Boy' will always be the first fic in the line-up, but after that you could read chronologically or just bounce around as you please! I've written all of these to mostly stand-alone, so you shouldn't be too terribly confused no matter where you decide to start up!

    I need ppl to understand the difficulty of having such a complex worldbuild and a consistent story along with it. This collection is so good, each story ties in so well to each other it feels like a consistent storyline despite the fact all stories can be read as stand alones.

    This author has my complete and utter respect for this.

    Despite how suspicious Grian is, Scar takes Grian under his wing, teaching him how to survive. He’s just glad to have company after surviving all on his own for so long.

    The man hovering over him leaned back, releasing Grian completely. Cold night air rushed in to fill the void.

    “I guess it’s out in the open now,” the stranger hummed. “Shame. I wanted to avoid this.”

    With the additional glow occupying the space between them, Grian was finally able to catch features that were lost in the prior darkness. His curiosity outweighed all else, and he drank them in greedily. As soon as he saw who sat across from him, alarms blared in his mind.

    This man wasn’t a civilian, wasn’t even a hero.

    “Hello, Doctor,” the villain mused. “You were quite the help today.”

    Grian is a vet. After a chance encounter in the dead of night, during which he accidentally saves a villain from the brink of death, he suddenly finds himself entangled in a world beyond anything he could've ever imagined.

A story that focuses on the heroes' leader, Shapeshifting hero Rendition, who makes a shocking discovery that the maybe heroes and villains aren't all that different.

    Life series superhero AU (with Hermitcraft and Empires references as well, but most of that will be Life series) with Renchanting duo as the main two characters. If this goes well, I might expand the universe and focus on other characters as well :3
