    Summary

    "fallen stars" is set in a fictional but modern-esque sort of world, created to explore mature-rated themes, and I plan to earn that rating so this is your warning! Please make sure you're in the right mental state to handle the tags before reading, for some are arguably worse than others. Also, to note, I am only using less common/popular ships as a fun challenge and also because rarepairs deserve multific aus and other such nice things too :D

    I promise that I plan to end the entirety of the AU on a positive, happy ending note, but the individual fics themselves do not have guaranteed happy endings. The content is mostly hurt/comfort, though there is hurt/no comfort, but if you're anything like me, knowing that's not the end of their story is comforting for getting through angsty sections.

    The fics are ordered in chronological order, but span over multiple different characters and their stories, meaning that most of the fics can be read standalone if you only wish to read some and not the whole AU.

    All it took was a quick glance at Tango's own money amount versus Impulse’s to tell him that would not be a good deal.

    “Absolutely no-” Before he could finish, his phone started ringing and vibrating as if it was about to jump off the table.

    That could only be one person.

    Picking it up, the screen only confirmed his worst fear.

    It was Pearl.

    A part of Tango held on to the fact that maybe she was just calling to tell him that the drop was successful…but he knew she wouldn’t have risked it.

    He could feel the others staring at him as he answered and raised the phone to his ear.

    “Hello?”

    :Or an AU where PET runs a mail system to transport illegal information under the hero's nose. What happens when that goes wrong and Tango is the only one left to pick up the pieces...

      Okay I’m tryna get into the habit of bookmarking stuff and I love this. It’s so cool?? I love the idea of the post office system tbh I may use it for my own story with my characters cause I’m redoing all the worldbuilding that I’ve been working on for nearly a year <33

      But genuinely this fic is amazing!! When I went into the fic I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like it cause I tend to stay away from MCD,, but was awesome! As much as I hate MCD, it sadly fits this AU, RIP pearl, you will be missed
