Summary
Tommy Watson was Spider-Man. Of course he was; he was fucking amazing. However, there were some... less desirable aspects of being said superhero. Namely, that his brother, Wilbur (who was a complete fucking bitch no matter what he tried to tell you) had gotten frustrated at the fact that he kept finding webs left behind by totally normal (read: Tommy) spiders around the apartment and had taken to spraying some sort of concoction around to keep the spiders away.
or: Tommy is Spider-Man. This comes with some good things (like fighting crime!) and some awful things (like stupid brothers who are inadvertently poisoning you)

So imagine Tommy’s surprise when he spots a rooftop with three dark, looming figures and hops on over under the assumption he’s interrupting your day-to-day drug deal with a quip, “I don’t know much about drugs, but this does not seem like the best place to sell ‘em, boys,” and finds himself face-to-face with the top three villains of L'Manberg.
The trio halt their heated discussion, turning to him with simultaneously puzzled and frustrated expressions.
Shit, shit, fuck, shit.
Tommy freezes, blinking at them as his heart nearly beats out of his ribs, certain that he’s not getting out of this alive.
What a shitty day to die. If he’d known, he would’ve…well, he doesn’t know but he would’ve done something, maybe broken a record or jumped out of a plane.

Summary
There's a reason Tommy works alone. He does his best detective work when no one is around to watch his methods. When a case can't be solved, Tommy is assigned to a crimescene along with detectives Techno, Wilbur, and Philza. Not only does he have to keep the fact that he can talk to ghosts a secret (though Tubbo and Ranboo try their best to make themselves known), he also has to figure out why there's dark magic tied to this case.
Hopefully before the killer strikes again.
__Wilbur always worked with his family, and his family alone. It's no secret that he doesn't like the fact that a teenager is added to their case to help out. What doesn't help is the fact that the blonde kid keeps glancing off to random places, a look to his eye that makes him feel like Tommy knows more about the world than he does. Wilbur doesn't like it. They're going to have to get along though.
Hopefully before the killer strikes again.

Because in 5 minutes of walking, he felt a familiar sickness rising up in his throat.
Because in 10 minutes of walking, he had to stop and stand.
Because in 10 minutes and 15 seconds, Tubbo stumbled, dizzy, and fell.
Because in 20 minutes, Technoblade found Tubbo and called 911.
Because in 9 hours, Tubbo was dead.
In short, Tubbo dies and sbi +Ranboo write him letters. They grieve, life goes on, and suddenly it's 10 years later and everything is the same yet very different.

The forest had been creepy for as long as people could remember. some even jokingly called it Devil town. very few willingly traveled through it, and many considered it dangerous.
and for good reason, the forest was full of ghosts. but that wasn't really what made it dangerous.
Tubbo and Ranboo were two ghost who lived in the forest, and at this point, many years after their deaths, life is pretty routine. but then one day, a family moves into the cabin at the edge of the forest and everything starts to change.
