Summary
All sinners of hell bore some physical marks of how they lived and died. Some physical manifestations were more obvious while others were subtle. Vox was not an exception to this rule.
While his television head was an obvious indication of his life while on Earth, the mark he bore from his death was far more subtle. Luckily enough, his shame was easily concealed behind a high collar. Unfortunately, he is just as well known in his afterlife as he was in his life. As such, trying to make everyone believe that he is so much stronger than what his death implies is a constant battle. He only wished that he wasn’t the hardest one to convince.

Alastor’s injury from the battle is still not healing a month after the extermination. Charlie turns to Vox for help. The past haunts both, decades later, causing pain and problems in the present.

Alastor has been in Hell for almost a hundred years--but apparently, there are still things he doesn't know. For one, he's never gone into heat before, but now that he has, he has to deal with it. Husk? Out of the question. Sir Pentious? Who is he again? Ah, yes, the one who ruined Alastor's coat (definitely not). Charlie? Vaggie? One, Charlie is a darling, he would never; Vaggie is a viper, he hates her, no. Niffty isn't even a question. Of course, Lucifer is there, but that's a no off the bat. No one can see him like this; it's humiliating enough, but he would prefer it to stay in the Hotel.
And if Angel Dust flirts with him ONE MORE TIME when his body is in heat--oh.
Angel's the only viable option left.

“Does Angel Dust tend to nest in his suite?” Alastor asked without preamble.
“Why’re you askin’ me?” Husk asked gruffly, briefly trying to feign ignorance. A single raised brow from Alastor was all it took to squash that recalcitrance out of him, his shoulders and wings dropping. “Yeah, yeah – fine. But why’re you askin’ me now? It ain’t like Angel’s gonna steal his own shit and pretend like it weren’t him. Besides, he ain’t anywhere close to bein’ in heat. It’s not him, boss.”

Items have been going missing around the hotel. Nothing of any value or consequence - just people's personal effects. Regardless of their importance, Alastor cannot simply stand by and let somebody rob folks in his territory, right under his nose.
He sets out to catch the thief - and picks up a less than useful helper along the way in the form of one miniature monarch - but comes up empty handed. Empty handed, that is, until later that evening.
With his past racing to catch up to him things and quickly spiraling out of his control, he might find that less than useful helper has a use after all.

Over his many decades in hell, Alastor can say he has become quite the influential figure—even after his so-called 7 year sabbatical. He was feared, a respected overlord who plays his cards right and only gave away information when necessary. After all, any sign of weakness in Pentagram city could be exploited and Alastor knew better than to be on the receiving end of the exploitation.
It was only when Charlie started bringing up those wretched Classifications during her group exercises did he fear the other hotel residents would discover his well kept secret.
Probably not—nobody in their right mind would assume the sadistic, cannibalistic Radio Demon is a little.
(Basically I love age regression fics and I don't see enough of them. Feeling inspired by the Classification AUs I've read in this fandom and others so I'm writing my own!)
