Jonathan meets lots of new people and gets along with everyone except himself.
The story mode from Eyes of Heaven told from Jonathan's point of view, mostly about his interactions with Johnny. Because these two characters are sort of alternate universe versions of each other and that's super weird and not addressed as much as it should have been. Mostly comedic family fun and Johnny being sarcastic at Jonathan. Except now it's about morality.

She reached out a hand and rubbed at the top of Kakyoin’s head. It was weird but comforting.
“You’ve been in a coma for about twelve years, dear.”
Kakyoin’s mind felt blank. He wasn’t sure what he was thinking.
“Oh.”

Alternatively, after about twelve years, Kakyoin finally awakes from a coma. Unfortunately for him, his old friends believe him to be dead, and they're rather difficult to find.

This morning he had seemed fully recovered from whatever fit of paranoia had him accusing a baby of being an enemy--he’d been downright gleeful when they finally deposited the baby safely with a doctor. But by the time they make it to lodging, Kakyoin’s good mood seems to have worn off. Something is off, but Jotaro can’t quite put his finger on it.
