Summary
Doc is a hybrid of what one might say are too many species - So much so, that he needs a separate chip in his brain to keep them organized, otherwise his head might just... implode.
It's a perfect system until his implant's power core suddenly vanishes and the whole server is thrown into chaos searching for it.
They look far and wide, from the scorching acres of the Nether to the empty depths of the Void, until Xisuma abruptly disappears, all the while the redstoners try to build him a replacement and Cleo and Scar desperately try to take care of him without hurting his ego - why, who could have been the source of such a disaster?
Well, there's only one man like that on Hermitcraft.

The Hermits have a code phrase. If spoken, this phrase acts as an emergency safe word, telling everyone to stop whatever they’re doing, because something is seriously wrong. Whether it’s from physical or emotional distress, all Hermits know that when someone uses the code, they need help from their chaotic, dysfunctional family.

Mumbo reached him inside the cage before eyes erupted from everywhere outside the bars and they all pinned him in a glare and Grian faced him and his face was eyes too. Then he changed and looked like the Grian that Mumbo knew, but it was like all the life had been scraped out of him, and his dead eyes looked through Mumbo as if he wasn’t even there.
AKA a harmless experiment on the Rift between worlds goes terribly wrong, and Mumbo and crew have to figure out how to get their favorite avian back from the Watchers, but the End Deities have a few surprises up their sleeves

Summary
This is a compilation of all the pieces that take place within my Over-City/Under-City AU, which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU, though that's not the only thing that'll be going on! I plan to keep this series in chronological order, so I'll put all the pieces where they'd fall along the timeline, which may sometimes not line up with the publishing date. The exception to this is 'Pretty Boy' which, IF someone does want to read the whole series in order, I'd want them to have read that one first and then all the rest, so 'Pretty Boy' will always be the first fic in the line-up, but after that you could read chronologically or just bounce around as you please! I've written all of these to mostly stand-alone, so you shouldn't be too terribly confused no matter where you decide to start up!

Grian, who wanted nothing more than to forget his Watcher past, was quite happy not to be worshipped at all. So when the Hermits collectively started praying to Xelqua and Grian started to gain a lot of Watcher magic, it put a real damper on his mood, health, self-perception and his relationships. With Mumbo gone off-world, it was now up to Scar, Pearl and Xisuma to worry about him – if Grian would let them. But Grian was nothing if not stubborn. He’d get through this alone, right?

So imagine his surprise when the void start to contort and glitch. At first evil x thought he had finally gone mad but the void ripped itself apart and spat him out into the middle of a random forest

Grian goes missing during his time in the Evolution SMP. Mumbo is left with no idea of what happened to his boyfriend. Gem threw her hands into the air exasperatedly. Winnie, who had stopped retching, glanced at her curiously. Gem bent down to stroke her.
“What do you eat, girl?”
Almost in response, the dog pricked her ears. Both went silent, and a barely audible sheep bleat sounded from across the forest. After a pause, Winnie's wolf instincts seemed to kick in, and she raced through the forest, Gem sprinting close behind. The puppy had surprisingly good stamina, and by the time Gem made it to the clearing, Winnie had made quick work of the sheep they'd heard. For some reason, though, she hadn’t eaten it yet. The dog stood staring at what appeared to be to be a normal cliff. Gem moved to stand behind her dog and saw something engraved on the stone. Something that gave her chills.
A symbol.
A symbol that, inexplicably, made her heart speed up.
Or, Gem got an invitation to join something called Hermitcraft with her friend Pearl. Also, she keeps getting weird flickers of déjà vu.

or, The server's vampires go feral during season 8 and attack people. The peaple they attack die and don’t come back for some reason. The non-vampiric hermits race to restrain their vampiric friends well trying to find a way to bring the ones they killed back.

Summary
After one to many days of not sleeping Xisuma's instincts go a little haywire and that leads to him running around Hermitcraft with bubble wrap for each of his Hermits.
He just wants them to be safe so he can finally take that break he so desperately need.
Once the Hermits figure out something is wrong they call in the big guns to make sure that Xisuma gets his break.
