Summary
Captain Tango Tek of the dragon rider corps' Stealth Squad is a loose cannon. He doesn't like following orders and gets into trouble, but he's too gifted a rider and tactician to fire. As the only half-elf in the corps full of elves, he and his equally-loose-cannon dragon have the closest Bond anyone has ever seen. His commanding officer is frequently exasperated by him, to the point where, after one incident too many, he gets introduced to his commanding officer's superior in hopes that the Lieutenant Colonel will be able to get him to behave.

Summary
A whole load of bullshit, obviously. It absolutely could not continue, and Max was going to make sure it wouldn’t, with his thorough investigation and awesome youtuber abilities. In fact, this was going to be his big video essay debut, a definite instant hit. Max, of course, had failed to consider that the handful of people who were subscribed to him on YouTube did so to see him eat shit on the ground, not to watch a sloppy long-form video. But Max wasn’t very good with numbers anyway so it wouldn’t have stopped him.
(or: Max, an unsuccessful parkour youtuber, is determined to expose the local wizard as a scam, so he starts following him around in what are, most certainly, not dates)

Summary
A collection of all the stories in Traveling Thieves, which is my Dark Fantasy, Hybrid Slavery, super angsty AU that spawned from my Whumptober 2023 prompt fills! Currently in semi-chronological order except for the first fic in the series, which will always be “I see the danger, it’s written there in your eyes” which if anyone does want to read the series in chronological order, I’d like them to start there! ^-^ I also occasionally place some stories in specific locations that I think work best for the reading order that aren't exactly where they'd be timeline-wise!
WARNING: THIS IS A WHUMP-CENTRIC, ANGST-CENTRIC, HURT/COMFORT (SOMETIMES NO COMFORT) DARK FANTASY AU.

Summary
This is a compilation of all the pieces that take place within my Over-City/Under-City AU, which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU, though that's not the only thing that'll be going on! I plan to keep this series in chronological order, so I'll put all the pieces where they'd fall along the timeline, which may sometimes not line up with the publishing date. The exception to this is 'Pretty Boy' which, IF someone does want to read the whole series in order, I'd want them to have read that one first and then all the rest, so 'Pretty Boy' will always be the first fic in the line-up, but after that you could read chronologically or just bounce around as you please! I've written all of these to mostly stand-alone, so you shouldn't be too terribly confused no matter where you decide to start up!

Summary
Fridays were the worst, and Scar looked forward to them every week.
His shifts at the zoo were often arduous, and his legs always ached violently from the constant bustle, but Quiz Night always made his day better. Especially with all the turmoils of the city making everyone so jumpy, maybe even himself, he needed this time to be with friends, away from work and the rising rates of villains. And all he needed to do to get to that serenity was to grab his bag from the bird sanctuary and return to the safety of street lamps and his friendly security guard.
But that wasn’t what happened. Because Scar wasn’t alone that night.

Milk. Eggs. Chicken. Various fruits and vegetables. That energy drink brand that Impulse and Tango really liked. Cheese. Tortillas. Way too many condiments.
It was so normal. Nothing in the fridge indicated anything out of the ordinary. Gem didn't really know what an abnormal fridge or its contents would look like. Maybe blood or test tubes or a severed head or something.
She sighed, reaching for the milk. There was one foolproof method to calming herself down, one that she had used fairly often back when she was a hero and her sleep schedule was all over the place.
She moved automatically, muscle memory kicking in as she recovered a mug from the cabinet and poured a decent amount of milk in it. Then a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, then microwaved it for a minute, not enough for it to be boiling but enough for it to be hot. Then a drop of vanilla, a few chocolate chips, and then a dollop of whipped cream left over from sundae night a few evenings earlier.
The perfect hot chocolate.

He pressed himself further back into the corner, a snarl coming to his lips. The eye creatures never reacted to his shouting, but they did hesitate when he growled. But when the lanky aliens came around the corner, they didn't so much as look at him. Instead, they were focused on what looked like a stretcher, the kind that ambulances used back on Earth.
Sitting atop it, perfectly still, was another human.
Scar felt his heart stop in his chest. It was impossible. There was no way there was another human on the ship. It had to be a trick of some kind, a robot made to look human, or a statue, or something. This was some sort of experiment, a test to see how he would react to seeing something that looked like his own species.
But they looked so lifelike.
