JJ was in her office finishing one of their most recently solved cases when her desk phone rang.
A gruff voice with a slight Texas drawl spoke. “Yes, hi this is Captain Mark Bowers, I’m calling for assistance with several murders. Several of my sailors have been drowned to death and appear to have been tortured fairly significantly. We have little to no evidence and several notes were left with the bodies.”
She quickly put the file together and proceeded to her bosses office, she knocked then entered once he gave her permission.
“Hotch, I just received a call from a…” She looked at the file in her hands. “Captain Mark Bowers, US Navy out of Fort Worth. He reported that several of his sailors were tortured and murdered. As well as little to no forensic evidence was found, also notes were left with the bodies.”
“Has NCIS been notified?” Hotch asked, “That is their jurisdiction.”

Summary
Tord Olsen's mental health has been on a rapid decline since the events of The End pt 2. His precious robot, his baby, was shot out of the sky by none other than Thomas Esqueda. His old roommate, best friend, and crush. He thought Thomas was dead, and hoped he was. But, that meant Edd and Matt were dead, which he wasn't so fond of.
Tord drowns himself in his work instead of focusing on the past, as it got in the way of the future and what he had started for himself.
However, just when his parents, Patryck and Paul Bakke, start to notice his unusual and unhealthy habits, they mention something that could be of great use for the army and Tord's mental health.
