Tommy used to love school. He loved seeing his friends everyday, and he loved learning. He loved how almost every question he ever had answers right at his fingertips in the school library. He loved school.
Key word, Loved, past tense.
Now, being a freshman in highschool, Tommy hates it. He hates not seeing his old friends everyday and laughing in the middle of that one unit in science class. He hates learning. He hates that all his old questions are answered and his new ones don’t have an answer. He hates school.

Summary
Technoblade has always been a storyteller. An author. And without meaning to, he put his heart into those stories, bringing them to life. Too bad, he left them without endings and thus, the characters in his stories have spent their lives, repeating their stories with a tyrannical narrator forcing them.
So when two characters manage to get out of the story, they decide to help the author finish the job, and then they realize they would rather have him as well.

“I already told you,” the pinkette grit out, eyes shut forcefully, “I am not hibernating this year. I have every year up until now, so there should be no problem if I skip one. I should know. After all, I’m the only person in this entire room who has to lose 2 months over some stupid trait evolution forgot to take out.”
“I don’t want you to die, Techno.” Tommy’s voice broke through the tension in the air. It was stable and quiet, but Tommy refused to look at him, the blonde’s back to Techno.
“I don’t want you to pass out and die because you’re too stubborn to do what you have to.”

“Thanks,” Techno deadpans, glaring at the blonde teen from his peripheral vision.
He doesn't even have to look to know that Tommy is here, the child who somehow finds it the most entertaining thing to enter this coffee shop and bother him over absolutely anything. It was like he has nothing better to do, which probably is true.
“I think,” Tommy puts his hands on his hips. “You should take a break.”
OR
Tommy notices that Techno may need a break from work. This may or may not have ended in the fire department getting called.
