    Harry Potter reacts much differently to the Dementor attack on his cousin and it causes a cascade of changes in the lives of everyone he knows. He takes advantage of some old traditions to escape the predetermined path he has been set on.

    “Somehow you found me a more acceptable confidant,” Snape said, in a tone that implied that Harry’s brain might be faulty.
    “This would probably upset anyone I said it to, but you’re about the only person actively trying to keep me from being in mortal danger in the first place. Plenty of people will help me once I’m neck deep in it, but they’d still encourage me to walk into the mess."
    “That is the faintest praise I have ever received,” Severus said, but Harry had a feeling he meant he was touched.

    Summary

    This is a self-insert transmigration series, but one that doesn't gloss over how traumatizing or violating being forced to live out someone else's life could be.

    The Main Character has identity issues. She has body dysphoria issues. She has survivor guilt because Harry died and she's alive role-playing him. She has depression. The only reason she survives at all it because she has a Transmigration System that incentivizes survival for her.

    There's Video Game Mechanics tangled in with the Transmigration System.

    It's told in a different tense and writing style than my norm.

    It's a mess.

    I love it, and it's been so much fun to write and figure out.

    All that said, it's not going to be for everyone.

    This is going to be told in two parts:

    Part One - Being Harry Potter: where the MC goes through the motions and eventually comes to terms with her transmigration.

    Part Two - Starspun Soul: where the Dragel Universe comes into major play and we reunite with MC in Nevarah for the romantic, fluffy plotline(s).

    "I, Severus Tobias Snape, Master of Potions bronze level in good standing with the potioneer’s guild, Master of the Dark Arts fully registered and licensed to operate in all territories under the ICW, junior mediwizard, have taken as my apprentice Lord Harry James Potter, to guide in life and magic and work to further magical advancement," the announcement was met with gasps and chatter, but accompanied by much more enthusiastic applause than what Umbridge had received. Malfoy's jaw was hanging open, Zabini looked pale, Ron and Hermione were applauding loudly while the twins sang 'for he's a jolly good fellow.'
