Summary

So, when Loki Prince of Asgard used an illusion to avoid being seen until he passed out, he was still exactly where his wounds had caused him to fall, unable to get up because the pain, the wounds and the exhaustion from using his magic prevented him from moving.
SO, he was spotted and taken prisoner.
And it was safe to say that it was common knowledge that the Jotun did not spare their prisoners, especially when they were royalty and descendants of a certain hated one-eyed AND brother of an annoying and arrogant blonde "little princess".
Odin was going to regret leaving his second son behind without paying attention, Laufey was going to make sure of that.

There was a time that I lived in Oakhurst and watched as Scott ruled over the humans. I ended up leaving and moved back when my friend Louis returned while Scott was in a deep sleep due to a curse by a witch. Before Louis died, he turned a young sickly man and I decided to leave because Louis finally found a companion. However, the townspeople killed my best friend leaving poor Owen alone and depressed. In his mourning he killed the townspeople but some people got away.
I come back to Oakhurst to find 6 fledglings roaming and Scott shacking it up with Owen. However, Owen is unstable and Scott feels it's not his place to reign Owen in. Owen needs guidance, someone to love him, and from what I'm seeing everyone kicks him to the side because he's not their sire.
Louis didn't want this for Owen. That's why I'm back. People are suspicious of me but what they don't know is that I'm not here to put him down, I'm not here to save Oakhurst. I'm here to make sure Owen doesn't spiral so far like he did 200 years ago. I'm trying to save him from himself.
Little did I know there was something else pulling me to Oakhurst. But I can't focus on a soulmate now. Especially when Owen needs me.

The other stops, his voice stalling, and the rest of the room follows. The silence lasts for a beat, maybe two before Nebula steps forward. “Put the gun down, Rocket.”
