Summary
Philza has engineered so many doomsdays they blur together. As armies of his latest Technoblade models carve through wars, Philza secretly tinkers on his greatest weapon yet: not an obedient soldier, but a thinking, autonomous warrior. The only thing Philza understands is machines, and so maybe machines are the only thing that can understand him.
Technoblade doesn't know how to be a person instead of a weapon. But he's not entirely sure Philza can teach him, either, as disconnected as the scientist is from humanity. Neither of them have anyone else in the whole world but maybe, just maybe, they have each other.

That last sentence wasn’t typical for introductions. Even Techno could tell with his limited social interactions. Still, Company policy required that he responded to clients.
“Yes,” was all he said.
Tommy’s eyes lit up. “How many?”
“Sixteen.”OR: Murderbot AU. No, you don't need to have read the series to understand. In which Techno is Murderbot, AKA a security construct who hacked his governor module and just wants to play Minecraft but will nonetheless protect his human clients (not family, never family).
Phil, Wilbur, and Tommy are said human clients, who come to see him as more than just a security robot.

High priority stimuli like energy discharge, gunpowder, and human activity were absent. All he saw was Phil, motionless but warm in the house, and the littler heat signature of Tommy upstairs in bed. The course was clear, then. Whatever had scared Wilbur had a less than ten percent chance of being fatal.
The Blade relaxed the skin around his eyes into something softer, mimicking Phil whenever one of his children came to him with a problem. As expected, it decreased Wilbur's stress signals by a significant margin; he sniffled and wiped his eyes with a fist, venturing down the steps, and glanced at the dark treeline with an uncertain waver.
"Techno?" he asked, small. "I, um. I didn't want to wake up Dad."

Summary
The sight of him, a fully-outfitted battle droid, looming almost five feet over their heads should have scared them. It didn't. To be fair, he was basically Tommy’s brother, but Techno hoped he was at least a little intimidating. He’d have to be, if he was going to get the party through this journey unscathed.
It's moving day for the underground base, and in this world, that's a big deal. Techno's got a great team, but they're human. And humans can get hurt rather easily. It's like carrying a fishbowl through a ball pit.

Wilbur is alone in a desolate AI apocalypse. But he is alive for reasons only the robots that have taken over his world know. But then he finds a couple robots that cherish his company because of his kind demeanor and he finds a family in a couple of protective Ai and robots that are willing to learn from his odd ways.
T0mmy. The AI was created for small tasks. Slave work. Wilbur tells him that his worth is more and T0mmy decides to stick close.
Ph1lza. Ph1lza was created to lead his small division of war bots, but he was left to be destroyed by the elements.
T3chn0. T3chn0 is a robot designed for war and defense. Wilbur allows him to expand his programming to involve compassion and care.
This little family is built on more than bolts and rusty screws, and it's made to last through the worst storms of life.

Tubbo scanned the room as he walked into the precinct, looking between each person, he was informed of their information from the database within his mind. Going from face to face, trying to locate his partner to track down and stop deviants. He needed Tommy Anderson, (Or, as he was told he goes by Tommyinnit or just Tommy). While Tommy was young, he was a lieutenant, which Tubbo admired. As Tubbo scanned face, it dawned on him that lieutenant Tommy wasn’t there, so he walked over to an officer, Charlie, and asked where Tommy was.
An android, model END340, a housemaid type android. He was one of the taller androids, sturdier. Better for people with toddlers(or so they were advertised). His owner was a man named Elliot Peterson. A drug dealer, living in a rundown home with a 6 year old child. A very small child, at that.

Summary
After being deemed unfit to serve in the war due to the glitch known as ‘divergence’ Techno is sent back to his primary, Phil. As the days turn into months, Phil and his family try to convince Techno to accept his glitch and accept that he has gained human emotions.
He refuses to be seen as broken and so fights against anything Phil tries to do to “help him”. This leads Phil to making him try group therapy with other divergent androids. As Techno joins the glitchy group of metal he starts to uncover memories unknown to him about his time on the battlefield, feel things he refuses to put a name to and slowly come to the realization that a hunk of metal like him can love.
All because Phil, Tommy and Kristin refuse to believe he’s unworthy of a family.
Or: War android Techno gains consciousness and struggles through the motions of everything that comes with it.

And he didn’t really care, he’d heard all of the shit people had to say about cyborgs from Dream anyway.
Tommy glared at the appendage. “Now, why can’t you be like your twin?” he muttered, patting his non-metal leg. “Oh, that's right, because you’re a bitch.”
The leg did not reply.

Her first, stunned impression was ‘big’. It certainly was big. Maybe three times the height of a landwalker, it loomed immensely over her two-story house-and-shop like a skyscraper dropped in the suburbs.
Her second thought was concern for her house. Landwalkers trampling over her property were bad enough, this thing looked like it could crush her house in one oversized step. Her third thought was an abrupt realization that the huge, clawed foot was not settling on top of her house, but was reaching directly for her.
